What you’ll need

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
  • 4 ounces Renegade Billtong, sliced into strips

The Steps

Instructions:
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and snow peas and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes more.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add the Billtong strips and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped peanuts if desired.
