What you’ll need
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- 4 ounces Renegade Billtong, sliced into strips
The Steps
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and snow peas and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes more.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the Billtong strips and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped peanuts if desired.
